How it’s used.
Garage Robotics is building Sentry. This page explains what happens to the information you send through this site. Questions or requests go to itay@garagerobotics.ai.
What we collect
Sentry waitlist: your email address, your consent, and when you signed up.
Beta application: your name, email, and location, plus what you tell us about your wildlife problem and setup, what you’ve tried, your preferences, any media link you include, your consent choices, and when you applied.
Abuse protection: to limit repeated submissions, we keep a short-lived count tied to a hashed version of your network address. We don’t store it with your application.
How we use it
Waitlist addresses are used to send the Sentry updates you agreed to: test updates, beta news, and availability announcements. Beta applications are used to review your application and contact you about it. The optional newsletter choice on the beta form is separate from that.
Joining the waitlist doesn’t reserve a unit, guarantee a beta invitation, or commit you to buying anything.
Where it’s kept
Submissions are stored with Amazon Web Services. When a beta application arrives, its details are also emailed to our Google Workspace inbox so we can reply. We don’t sell your information.
Site activity
We measure how the site is used with our own simple analytics, stored with Amazon Web Services. Your browser reports events such as a page view, a button click, or a form being started, failing, or submitted, along with where the visit came from: a link’s campaign tag and the website that sent you, but not the full address. We keep only daily totals, for about 13 months. They exclude your form answers, contact details, and IP address.
To limit abuse, a scrambled form of your IP address is used as a short-lived counter. We don’t use cookies for this, store anything in your browser, or use a third-party analytics service.
Your choices
To leave the list, see or correct what we hold, or have it deleted, email itay@garagerobotics.ai. We keep your information until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it for Sentry.
